We have a 30-day return policy. If you wish to return an item, it must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please note that items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for personalized or custom-made console tables. These items are specially made to your specifications and cannot be resold. 5. How long does shipping take?

Once your order is confirmed, it usually takes up to 2 business days for us to process and ship it. Delivery within Pakistan typically takes 6-7 business days after the order has shipped out. Please note that this is an estimate and does not include weekends and holidays. Remote areas may experience longer delivery times.

6. Do you offer cash on delivery?

Yes, we offer cash on delivery for verified customers. However, during periods of high volume, such as sales and promotions, we may process cash on delivery orders without telephonic verification. Rest assured, we prioritize the security and verification of all orders.

7. Can I exchange an item?

If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item. Please follow our return process as mentioned in question 2, and once your return is accepted, you can proceed with a new purchase.
